Com equipes próprias e rede integrada, promovemos uma experiência de saúde mais leve, eficiente e centrada no paciente.O que nos move:Tornar o cuidado em saúde mais humano e acessível.Reduzir burocracias e facilitar o acesso a serviços de qualidade.Usar a tecnologia como aliada para melhorar a experiência e os resultados em saúde.Como fazemos isso:Com clínicas próprias, prontas para atender com acolhimento e eficiência.Com uma equipe multidisciplinar que acompanha de perto a jornada dos beneficiários.Com um time interno comprometido com inovação, qualidade e propósito.Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Credenciamento Sênior para atuar no relacionamento estratégico com a rede credenciada, sendo responsável por negociações complexas, expansão da cobertura e garantia da sustentabilidade financeira e operacional dos parceiros.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesManter relacionamento executivo com prestadores estratégicos e de alta complexidade (hospitais, centros médicos, grandes laboratórios e grupos de saúde).Atuar como principal ponto focal para mediação de conflitos, negociações de crises e tratativas de divergências operacionais ou financeiras.Gerenciar o nível de satisfação da rede parceira, identificando gargalos e implementando planos de ação para melhoria do fluxo contínuo.Negociação e Sustentabilidade FinanceiraConduzir negociações e renegociações complexas de tabelas de honorários, diárias, taxas, materiais e medicamentos (TUSS, CBHPM, SIMPRO, BRASÍNDICE, etc.).Estruturar e negociar novos modelos de remuneração (como pacotes, Bundled Payments, Capitation ou pagamento por performance).Analisar estudos de impacto financeiro, custo médio por procedimento e sinistralidade para embasar as decisões de manutenção ou descredenciamento de parceiros.Prospecção e Mapeamento de MercadoIdentificar lacunas de assistência, demandas reprimidas e oportunidades de expansão da rede com base em inteligência geográfica e de mercado.Prospectar novos parceiros em regiões estratégicas, garantindo o cumprimento de prazos regulatórios de atendimento e metas de expansão.Validar a viabilidade técnica e assistencial de novos prestadores junto às equipes médicas e regulatórias internas.Governança, Indicadores e Suporte TécnicoAcompanhar KPIs de desempenho da rede (SLA de atendimento, volume de produção, índice de glosas e custos).Atuar como referência técnica e mentor para os analistas júniores e plenos, fornecendo direcionamento em negociações e processos.Orientar o Assistente Administrativo quanto às especificidades contratuais pactuadas para correta confecção de documentos e parametrização em sistema.Requisitos e qualificaçõesDiferencial:Pós-graduação em Gestão Hospitalar ou áreas correlatas;Vivência anterior em operadoras de saúde ou hospitais de médio/grande porte;Conhecimento sobre regulação da ANS e práticas de compliance em saúde;Familiaridade com ferramentas de BI e análise de indicadores.Informações adicionais
