Buscamos um profissional para liderar a gestão da marca e direcionar sua expressão visual em diferentes canais e iniciativas da empresa. Sua missão será fortalecer o posicionamento institucional por meio de soluções criativas e estratégicas que conectem comunicação, negócio e experiência de marca. Atuará no planejamento, desenvolvimento e acompanhamento de projetos de design, campanhas institucionais e ações de comunicação interna e externa, assegurando qualidade, coerência visual e alinhamento aos objetivos organizacionais. Também terá papel fundamental na evolução dos padrões visuais da empresa, promovendo inovação, orientando a aplicação das diretrizes da marca e contribuindo para sua relevância e reconhecimento junto aos diferentes públicos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCriar, atualizar e garantir a identidade visual de todos os materiais internos e externos (documentos, apresentações, campanhas, peças institucionais, e-mail marketing, redes sociais, TV interna, site, intranet, eventos, kits, papelaria etc.).Assegurar a qualidade visual e de conteúdo de todas as peças produzidas, internas ou por fornecedores.Gerenciar fornecedores e parceiros (agências, audiovisual etc.).Diagramar, aprovar e atualizar manuais, códigos, guias, apresentações, materiais de RI, comunicação e produtos.Desenvolver UX/UI para aplicações web ou site institucional.Criar e manter enxovais de identidade visual para redes sociais, e-mail marketing e canais internos.Criar ambientações visuais de espaços internos, estandes e eventos.Propor melhorias, otimizar ferramentas, identificar oportunidades e resolver problemas de forma estratégica.Disseminar conhecimento para a equipe e apoiar demandas de comunicação e marketing.Manter confidencialidade, excelência no relacionamento e disponibilidade para esclarecimentos.

Requisitos e qualificações Formação mínima: ensino superior completo.Experiência: Mínimo de 05 anos de experiência na função, preferencialmente em empresas de serviços de tecnologia.Conhecimentos específicos:• Conhecimento avançado em Photoshop e pacote Adobe.• Conhecimento avançado em XD, Corel, UX, UI e IA.• Desejável conhecimento nas plataformas de criação e manutenção de sites institucional.
