Buscamos um(a) Analista de CRM com perfil analítico, executor e focado em dados para fazer a nossa base de clientes pulsar!Sua missão será atuar de ponta a ponta na estratégia de retenção: desde a configuração técnica e operação de réguas automatizadas (e-mail, SMS, push, WhatsApp) até a análise profunda de dados para entender o ciclo de vida dos nossos consumidores e otimizar nossas conversões.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesParticipar ativamente da definição das estratégias de CRM do Grupo Icomm;Atuar na implantação e operação das ações de CRM (e-mail, SMS, push, WhatsApp);Garantir o funcionamento correto das réguas e jornadas automatizadas;Mensurar resultados, identificar oportunidades e otimizar fluxos de nutrição;Configurar novas réguas, programações de e-mail e segmentações de público;Realizar benchmarks e acompanhar a concorrência;Preparar relatórios de performance e indicadores da área;Acompanhar KPIs como engajamento, retenção, conversão e RFV, propondo melhorias;Desenvolver diagnósticos da base de clientes e análises de ciclo de vida;Acompanhar e operar o programa de fidelidade das marcas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Administração, Marketing ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento em Excel (Procv, Macros, Tabelas dinâmicas);Conhecimento de Google Analytics e BI/Tableau;Experiência com ferramentas de CRM;Organização, visão analítica e atenção aos detalhes.DIFERENCIAIS:Experiência com a plataforma Insider;Vivência em e-commerce ou varejo de moda;Conhecimento em métricas de retenção, RFM e jornadas automatizadas.Informações adicionaisO que oferecemos:🩺 Assistência médica🦷 Assistência odontológica⛑️Seguro de vida😋 Vale Refeição e/ou Alimentação🚌 Vale Transporte🛍️ 40% de desconto nos produtos dos sites💊 Convênio farmácia🎓Parcerias com instituições de ensino📗 Subsídio a cursos e capacitação🏋️Gympass🚗 Estacionamento👕No Dress Code Benefícios de acordo com a política vigente.LOCALIZAÇÃO: 📍Nosso escritório está localizado a cerca de 400 metros da Estação Vila Olímpia, em São Paulo, com fácil acesso por transporte público e pelas principais vias da região para quem utiliza veículo próprio.
