O propósito do Analista de CRM com foco em Analytics é analisar campanhas de CRM e Marketing, gerando insights para a tomada de decisão, criando e gerenciando os indicadores da área, desenvolvendo estudos e definindo estratégias de segmentação que proporcionem abordagens mais efetivas junto aos clientes.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Estruturar e analisar dados com foco no comportamento do cliente; Gerar insights para personalização de ofertas e estratégias de comunicação; Criar clusters e segmentações para estratégias de relacionamento; Colaborar com o time de CRM por meio da mensuração de campanhas, propondo novas estratégias e oportunidades de melhoria; Realizar consultas e manipulação de dados utilizando linguagem SQL; Criar e acompanhar dashboards, relatórios gerenciais e indicadores para apoiar as decisões de negócio.Requisitos e qualificações Bom domínio da linguagem SQL; Capacidade de apresentar análises e resultados de forma clara para clientes internos, traduzindo informações técnicas em linguagem acessível; Experiência com análise de campanhas, indicadores de desempenho e geração de insights para tomada de decisão; Formação superior em Engenharia, Matemática, Estatística, Economia, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas; Conhecimento em produtos bancários e soluções financeiras será considerado um diferencial; Conhecimento na ferramenta Insider será considerado um diferencial.
