Responsável por apoiar a estratégia de relacionamento e fidelização de clientes do Grupo, utilizando dados de comportamento, histórico de compras, frequência, preferências e interações para criar segmentações, campanhas e comunicações personalizadas. Atua no planejamento, execução e acompanhamento de ações de CRM nos diferentes canais de relacionamento, monitorando indicadores, resultados e oportunidades de melhoria, com o objetivo de aumentar a frequência de compra, retenção, engajamento e valor dos clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar dados de clientes, como histórico de compras, frequência, ticket médio, preferências e comportamento de consumo;Criar e manter segmentações de clientes para direcionamento de campanhas e ações de relacionamento;Planejar, executar e acompanhar campanhas massivas, segmentadas e personalizadas nos diferentes canais de comunicação;Gerenciar comunicações por push notification, SMS, e-mail, WhatsApp e demais canais de relacionamento;Desenvolver e acompanhar ações de fidelização, retenção, recuperação e aumento da frequência de compra;Monitorar ofertas, benefícios, cupons e ações promocionais direcionadas aos clientes nos aplicativos e demais canais;Acompanhar indicadores de CRM e analisar o desempenho das campanhas, identificando oportunidades de melhoria;Elaborar relatórios, dashboards e análises com resultados, tendências e recomendações;Analisar a jornada e o comportamento dos clientes, propondo ações para melhorar o relacionamento e a experiência de compra;Atuar em conjunto com Marketing, Comercial, Pricing, Operações e TI na execução das estratégias de CRM;Garantir a correta utilização das bases e informações de clientes, observando as diretrizes internas e a LGPD;Executar outras atividades relacionadas à função, conforme as necessidades da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatóriosEnsino superior completo ou cursando Marketing, Comunicação Social, Administração, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas;Perfil analítico e facilidade para trabalhar com dados e indicadores;Boa comunicação, organização e capacidade de atuação em equipe;Proatividade, comprometimento e foco em resultados.DesejáveisExperiência anterior com CRM, campanhas de relacionamento, marketing direto ou fidelização;Vivência nos segmentos de varejo, supermercados, atacarejo ou serviços;Conhecimento em segmentação de clientes, aplicativos, programas de fidelidade e canais de comunicação;Conhecimento em Excel, ferramentas de análise de dados, relatórios ou dashboards.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosPrêmio AssiduidadeVale-transporteSeguro de vidaJornadaJornada de trabalho de 220 horas mensais e 44h semanais, de segunda a sexta-feira, com compensação do sábado durante a semana (08h48 diárias).
