Ter atuado nas plataformas Insider One, Braze ou similares e ter construido automações no architect ou canvas com uma ampla visão dos canais, métricas e ciclo de vida do cliente.Responsabilidades Planejar, implementar e otimizar estratégias de CRM com foco em ciclo de vida do cliente (aquisição, ativação, engajamento, retenção e reativação). Atuar no desenho e execução de jornadas e campanhas personalizadas de comunicação omnichannel (e-mail, push, SMS, in-app, WhatsApp, etc.). Analisar métricas de performance (engajamento, conversão, churn, LTV) e gerar insights para otimização contínua. Conduzir testes A/B, garantindo melhoria contínua dos resultados. Gerir e evoluir a base de clientes, segmentações e clusters estratégicos. Atuar de forma estratégica e analítica, influenciando decisões de negócio a partir de dados. Pré-requisitos Boa comunicação, organização, visão de equipe, bom relacionamento em diferentes níveis hierárquicos. Vivência prática em plataformas de CRM: Salesforce, Braze, Insider ou Oracle Responsys. Forte conhecimento em estratégias de ciclo de vida do cliente. Perfil analítico e orientado a dados (SQL, Excel/Sheets, ferramentas de BI). Experiência com automações, segmentação e personalização de campanhas. Conhecimento em métricas de CRM: engajamento, retenção, churn, LTV, NPS.
