Com isso, o time sênior pode se concentrar nas frentes estratégicas do negócio. Você vai sustentar e evoluir as jornadas comerciais e de atendimento no Sales Cloud e no Service Cloud, e ajudar a trazer recursos de IA da plataforma (Einstein / Agentforce) para a rotina do time.
