Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstruturar e implementar a estratégia de CRM da empresa;Operar e ampliar o aproveitamento do Salesforce;Desenvolver jornadas para lojas físicas, e-commerce, eventos e pós-venda;Organizar e segmentar a base de clientes para ações de relacionamento e fidelização;Planejar campanhas, ativações e réguas de relacionamento;Analisar dados, comportamentos e resultados das iniciativas de CRM.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios

Ensino Superior completo em Marketing ou áreas correlatas;

Conhecimento em Salesforce e outros CRMs do mercado;

Experiência com Pacote Office;

Experiência efetiva na implementação ou estruturação de estratégias de CRM;

Vivência com segmentação, fidelização e jornadas de relacionamento;

Experiência com análise de bases de clientes e resultados de campanhas.

Diferenciais ⭐

Conhecimento de estratégias de CRM para e-commerce, eventos e lojas físicas;
