Como Analista de Customer Experience, você será responsável por garantir uma jornada positiva e satisfatória aos nossos clientes em todos os pontos de contato. Sua rotina envolverá o acompanhamento da experiência do cliente, a identificação de oportunidades de melhoria, o suporte às demandas dos usuários e a colaboração com diferentes equipes para assegurar um atendimento ágil, eficiente e humanizado. Além disso, você atuará na resolução de problemas, no fortalecimento do relacionamento com os clientes e na promoção de ações que contribuam para a excelência na experiência oferecida.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar no atendimento e acompanhamento de clientes por telefone, chat, e-mail e demais canais de comunicação;Garantir uma experiência consultiva, humanizada e eficiente durante toda a jornada do cliente;Identificar cenários críticos e atuar estrategicamente na retenção e recuperação da experiência;Acompanhar incidentes e demandas com comunicação clara, proativa e senso de prioridade;Construir relacionamento próximo com clientes, fortalecendo confiança e engajamento com a empresa;Registrar e acompanhar informações no sistema de atendimento, garantindo organização e histórico das interações;Trabalhar em parceria com equipes internas para resolução de problemas e melhoria contínua da experiência do cliente;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria em processos, comunicação e jornada do usuário;Apoiar a evolução da base de conhecimento e documentação interna.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Comunicação, Marketing, Gestão Comercial, Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas;Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;Perfil relacional, proativo e resiliente;Capacidade de lidar com múltiplas demandas e diferentes perfis de clientes;Boa escuta, empatia e habilidade para conduzir situações sensíveis;Organização, autonomia e senso de responsabilidade;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com diferentes áreas.Diferenciais:Experiência prévia com Customer Success, retenção, relacionamento ou atendimento premium;Vivência com plataformas de atendimento como Zendesk, Freshdesk ou similares;Perfil comercial e habilidade de negociação;Experiência em ambientes de alta demanda e foco em experiência do cliente;Familiaridade com métricas de atendimento, satisfação e retenção;Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis, processos ou melhoria contínua.Informações adicionaisNa UX Group, acreditamos que performance e bem-estar caminham juntos.
