Buscamos encontrar e viabilizar as inovações que definirão como cuidar das pessoas do amanhã.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a gestão operacional da carteira de clientes e unidades de negócio sob sua responsabilidade.Executar cancelamentos, reprogramações, ondas manuais de alocação e demais tratativas operacionais.Acompanhar o fluxo completo de Agendamento e Entregas.Garantir a atualização das informações nos sistemas corporativos.Monitorar pendências operacionais até sua conclusão.Realizar acompanhamento das entregas.Executar follow-up junto às transportadoras, CDs e áreas parceiras.Atuar nas tratativas de ocorrências de entrega.Apoiar ações para redução de atrasos e reincidências.Realizar o agendamento de clientes conforme regras estabelecidas.Monitorar agendas críticas e atuar preventivamente em conflitos de agenda.Garantir comunicação entre clientes, transportadoras e operação.Acompanhar pedidos faturados sem coleta.Garantir tratativas dentro dos SLA definidos.Atuar em conjunto com áreas internas para solução das pendências.Atuar como ponto focal da carteira sob sua responsabilidade.Prestar informações sobre pedidos, entregas e ocorrências.Contribuir para uma experiência positiva do cliente.Acompanhar indicadores operacionais do Pilar e apoiar a elaboração de planos de ação.Identificar oportunidades de simplificação dos processos e participar de projetos de melhoria.Apoiar a padronização das atividades.Compartilhar boas práticas com a equipe.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior cursando ou concluído em Administração, Engenharia, Logística, Supply Chain ou áreas correlatasNecessário vivência em Customer Service, Atendimento ao Cliente, Logística ou Supply Chain.Desejável experiência em Gestão de Pedidos, agendamento de entregas ou pós-venda.Conhecimentos técnicos em Excel e Power Point Intermediário.Conhecimento em indicadores operacionais.Conhecimento em ERP Protheus será um diferencial.Conhecimento em Power BI será diferencialCompetências técnicas: organização, gestão de prioridades, comunicação, capacidade analítica, resolução de problemas, gestão de carteira, visão de processo, foco no cliente, trabalho em equipe,Competências comportamentais: senso de dono, proatividade, colaboração, adaptabilidade, organização, compromisso com resultados, boa comunicação, aprendizado continuo.Informações adicionaisPlano de saúde com coparticipação;Plano odontológico;Vele refeição/alimentação; Seguro de vida;Previdência privada;PPR;Centro de Saúde;TotalPass;Parcerias com instituições com descontos exclusivos.
