Trabalhar conosco é evoluir, se conectar e acreditar em fazer a diferença na vida das pessoas. Venha fazer parte desse time incrível que faz a história da Flora!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a gestão da carteira de pedidos de clientes B2B, monitorando o fluxo dos pedidos e identificando possíveis desvios.Acompanhar o status dos pedidos desde o recebimento até o faturamento e a entrega.Atuar como ponto de contato entre clientes e áreas internas, como Comercial, Planejamento, Logística, Produção e Faturamento.Identificar e solucionar pendências relacionadas a pedidos, disponibilidade de produtos, prazos de entrega e documentação.Manter comunicação proativa com clientes, fornecendo atualizações sobre pedidos e prazos.Atualizar informações em sistemas ERP e CRM, garantindo a integridade dos dados.Elaborar relatórios e indicadores relacionados à carteira de pedidos, nível de serviço e atendimento ao cliente.Apoiar na análise de oportunidades de melhoria dos processos de Customer Service.Contribuir para o cumprimento dos indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), como OTIF, nível de serviço, lead time e atendimento ao cliente. Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Logística, Comércio Exterior, Engenharia, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas.Experiência anterior em atendimento ao cliente, Customer Service, administração de pedidos ou áreas administrativas será considerada um diferencial.Conhecimento do pacote Office, com foco em Excel. Informações adicionaisAssistência médica opcional;Assistência Odontologica opcional;Seguro de Vida Refeitório no Local; Vale Alimentação; Fretado; Gympass ou Total Pass
