Desenvolver atividades administrativo-comerciais para as Unidades de Negócios que atua, respondendo pelo processo de captação de oportunidades e cotação; executar atividades relacionadas ao processo de Autorização de Faturamento e inserção de informações em sistemas e relatórios de controle.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCaptar e responder propostas, em portais virtuais de cotação;Preencher propostas solicitadas via e-mail, no sistema integrado e fornecer retorno aos clientes;Atender clientes para esclarecimento de dúvidas, por telefone e/ou e-mail;Cobrar Autorizações de Faturamento (AF) dos clientes, referente aos procedimentos cirúrgicos realizados e/ou vendas efetivadas;Fornecer informações relacionadas as Pendências de Faturamento, para fins de auditoria;Cadastrar no sistema integrado, as Pendências de Faturamento/Comunicados de Uso;Conferir as Autorizações de Faturamento enviadas pelos clientes, preencher formulário padrão de AF e solicitar emissão de notas fiscais para a equipe responsável;Alimentar e atualizar, diariamente, planilhas de demandas do setor (Pendências de Faturamento, Ordens de Compras para Faturar, etc.);Acompanhar retorno da emissão de notas fiscais e lançar nos portais credenciados;Acompanhar andamento dos Pedidos de Venda, nos portais;Inserir Pedidos de Venda Direta, no sistema integrado;Captar editais de licitações relacionados às Unidades de Negócios que atua, realizar download de Catálogos e ANVISA dos materiais a serem disputados, em licitações, pelos Analistas;Organizar arquivos e dar suporte administrativo às Unidades de Negócios que atua (reproduzir cópias, digitalizar e organizar arquivos, colher assinaturas, etc.).Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos para contratação (Hard Skills):Graduação completa, nas áreas Comercial, Saúde ou Administração;Microsoft Office intermediário, especialmente Excel;Experiência mínima de 2 anos com as funções;Experiência mínima de 2 anos, na área da saúde;Conhecimento dos portais de cotação, utilizados no ramo de atuação da empresa.Diferencial:Desejável experiência específica com OPME;Desejável pós-graduação em andamento em Gestão Comercial, Marketing, Hospitalar ou correlatas na área de gestão administrativa no campo da Saúde.Informações adicionaisRegime de contratação: CLTEscala e Jornada de trabalho: 5X2 - segunda a quinta, de 8h as 18h e sexta, de 8h as 17h (CH: 220h mensais)Benefícios:- Vale Transporte- Auxílio Alimentação/Refeição (flexível)- Plano de Saúde (custo compartilhado)- Auxílio Educação (ajuda de custo de 20% com Graduação ou Pós-graduação, relacionadas ao cargo exercido)- Cesta Natalina, para celebrar o fim de ano com mais sabor- Parcerias com instituições para descontos- Massoterapia no trabalho (exclusivo BA)Obs.: os benefícios poderão ser alterados conforme modificações na legislação, diferenças entre territórios ou eventuais atualizações das normas internas da Empresa.Vaga inclusiva: também disponível para PCD - Pessoa com Deficiência.
