Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar o atendimento e relacionamento com clientes, buscando excelência na experiência e no nível de serviço;

Atuar de forma consultiva e proativa na identificação de necessidades, riscos e oportunidades relacionadas à jornada do cliente;

Acompanhar e analisar indicadores e informações da operação de Customer Service;

Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de Vendas, Logística e Financeiro na resolução de demandas e melhoria da experiência dos clientes;

Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e apoiar iniciativas de otimização dos processos de atendimento;

Contribuir para a transformação do Customer Service, fortalecendo uma atuação mais analítica e menos operacional;

Atuar com autonomia na condução das demandas e apoiar tecnicamente profissionais menos experientes da equipe.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência com atendimento e relacionamento com clientes;

Conhecimento em Excel e ferramentas de BI;

Vivência com CRM e plataformas B2B;

Capacidade analítica e facilidade para trabalhar com dados e indicadores;

Boa comunicação e relacionamento com diferentes áreas da organização. Será considerado um diferencial

Pós-graduação em andamento;

Experiência em ambientes de alta complexidade operacional;

Vivência com projetos de melhoria da jornada do cliente e transformação de processos.
