Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesIdentificar oportunidades de crescimento dentro da base de clientes, atuando de forma consultiva para gerar valor e aumento de receita;Conduzir o onboarding de novos clientes, garantindo implantação estruturada, adoção inicial da plataforma e aceleração do time to value;Gerir uma carteira de clientes de forma autônoma, garantindo retenção, satisfação e expansão de receita (upsell e cross-sell);Realizar acompanhamento contínuo da jornada do cliente, garantindo uso ativo da plataforma e percepção de valor ao longo do tempo;Monitorar KPIs de saúde da carteira atuando de forma proativa na mitigação de riscos e contribuindo diretamente para os OKRs da área, com foco em retenção e expansão;Ser ponto focal do cliente dentro da empresa, garantindo comunicação eficiente com áreas internas e priorização adequada das demandas;Atuar na resolução de problemas e conflitos de forma estruturada, garantindo experiência positiva e relacionamento de longo prazo;Manter registros atualizados em CRM, garantindo gestão clara da carteira e histórico de interações;Contribuir com melhorias na jornada do cliente, trazendo insights da base para evolução de produto, processos e experiênciaRequisitos e qualificaçõesCurso superior completo ou cursando;Vivência com atendimento a clientes (suporte, vendas, pós vendas, etc.);Conhecimento básico de informática, Excel, CRMs e sistemas web;Competências e habilidades:Foco em aprendizado contínuo e desenvolvimento;Foco em resultados;Habilidade para gerenciar conflitos e negociações;Visão analítica e estratégica para atuar em planos de ação de gerenciamento da própria carteira;Organização na condução dos processos do dia a dia.Informações adicionaisAqui na Tecnofit, acreditamos que cuidar das pessoas também faz parte do nosso propósito.
