Buscamos uma pessoa com forte perfil comercial e de relacionamento, que goste de estar próxima dos clientes, identificar oportunidades e transformar boas conversas em resultados.A posição terá papel importante na gestão e expansão da nossa carteira SMB, conectando as necessidades de comunicação dos clientes às soluções de mídia da Eletromidia e do ecossistema Globo.Por isso, buscamos profissionais de Customer Success, mas também pessoas com experiência em mídia, agências de publicidade, atendimento publicitário, planejamento ou áreas comerciais.Responsabilidades e atribuições💰 Gestão de carteira, renovação e expansãoGerenciar uma carteira de clientes SMB com foco em relacionamento, retenção, renovação e crescimento de receita.Conduzir negociações de renovação e identificar oportunidades de upsell e cross-sell.Atuar de forma consultiva, entendendo os objetivos de comunicação e negócio dos clientes e conectando-os às melhores soluções de mídia.Identificar novas oportunidades de investimento dentro da própria carteira.Construir relacionamento próximo com clientes e atuar de forma proativa para aumentar recorrência e fidelização.Trabalhar oportunidades dentro do portfólio de mídia OOH e das soluções do ecossistema Globo.📊 Dados para gerar oportunidadesAcompanhar indicadores da carteira, como receita, renovação, recompra, satisfação e expansão.Utilizar dados e comportamento dos clientes para identificar riscos e oportunidades comerciais.Transformar aprendizados da carteira em ações que contribuam para o crescimento do negócio.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo.Experiência em Customer Success, Comercial, Atendimento Publicitário, Mídia, Planejamento, Vendas ou áreas correlatas.Perfil comercial, com facilidade para identificar oportunidades e conduzir negociações.Experiência com gestão e relacionamento de clientes.Boa capacidade de comunicação, influência e negociação.Organização e autonomia para gerir carteira e oportunidades simultaneamente.Perfil protagonista, curioso e orientado a resultados.Interesse pelo universo de mídia, publicidade e comunicação.Informações adicionaisExperiência em agências de publicidade, veículos de mídia, adtechs ou empresas do mercado publicitário.Vivência com planejamento ou comercialização de mídia.Conhecimento do mercado de OOH/DOOH.Experiência com gestão de carteira, renovação, upsell ou cross-sell.Conhecimento de CRM e ferramentas de gestão comercial.
