Nossas vagas também são validas ao público PCD.#MedSênior #vagas #hiring #oportunidades #tecnologia #saúde #contratando 📌 Importante: não efetuamos cobranças de taxas em nossos processos seletivos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApurar, analisar e controlar mensalmente os custos operacionais e assistenciais por centro de custo, produto e unidade, garantindo a correta alocação e aplicação dos critérios de rateio;Acompanhar a evolução dos custos Previsto x Realizado, identificando, analisando e explicando as principais variações e propondo ações de otimização;Conduzir a Gestão Matricial de Custos e Despesas (GMCD), estruturando pacotes, responsáveis, metas e acompanhamento dos resultados;Organizar e conduzir reuniões periódicas de acompanhamento de custos com gestores e responsáveis pelos pacotes, apresentando resultados, desvios e planos de ação;Realizar alinhamentos com as áreas sobre premissas, metas, critérios de rateio e classificação dos lançamentos;Acompanhar a execução dos planos de ação, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e responsáveis definidos;Calcular e monitorar indicadores de custos, incluindo custo per capita, sinistralidade e margem de contribuição;Apoiar estudos de formação de preços (pricing), considerando estrutura de custos, custo unitário, margem e ponto de equilíbrio;Apoiar os gestores na elaboração, acompanhamento e controle do orçamento de suas áreas;Elaborar análises e relatórios gerenciais, identificando causas e impactos dos principais desvios de desempenho;Desenvolver e atualizar painéis e dashboards de indicadores, utilizando ferramentas de BI para suporte à tomada de decisão;Atuar como multiplicador de conhecimentos técnicos e apoiar a evolução dos processos da área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação Plena Completa em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia. Difrencial Pós-graduação ou MBA em Controladoria, Gestão de Custos, Gestão Financeira ou áreas afins;Pacote Office (Excel avançado) + ERP + Ferramenta de BI;Experiência de 3 a 5 anos em áreas de custos, controladoria, planejamento financeiro ou FP&A;Desejável experiência em Gestão Matricial de Custos e Despesas (GMCD).
