A pessoa nesta posição vai analisar, controlar e otimizar os custos operacionais da empresa, contribuindo para a eficiência financeira e a rentabilidade do negócio. Se você tem perfil analítico, gosta de trabalhar com dados e quer crescer em um ambiente industrial dinâmico, essa oportunidade é para você.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar em detalhe os custos de produção e operação, identificando oportunidades de redução e otimização de recursos. Apoiar a elaboração do orçamento anual e o acompanhamento das metas de custos junto às áreas da empresa. Monitorar e controlar as despesas, garantindo aderência ao orçamento aprovado e propondo ações corretivas quando necessário. Elaborar relatórios periódicos sobre a estrutura de custos, com indicadores de desempenho e recomendações para a alta direção. Analisar as variações entre custos orçados e reais, identificando causas e propondo soluções para os desvios. Contribuir para a elaboração de políticas e procedimentos de controle de custos e gestão orçamentária. Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua voltados à redução de custos e ao aumento da eficiência operacional. Atuar conforme as normas de saúde e segurança do trabalho e as diretrizes do sistema de gestão ambiental da ITAM.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis ou Gestão Financeira. Experiência mínima de 6 meses na função ou em área correlata. Conhecimentos em Mercado Financeiro, Matemática Financeira e Fluxo de Caixa. Boa comunicação escrita. Perfil analítico, com ética e integridade, capacidade de resolução de problemas e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe. Histórico de permanência acima de 2 anos nas empresas anteriores, que será considerado na seleção. Disponibilidade para a jornada e o local da vaga.Diferenciais

Experiência em negociação. Experiência com ISO 45001, ISO 14001 e ISO 9001.
