Venha fazer parte do time de Custos e Eficiência atuando diretamente na gestão e evolução do Orçamento CAS.Somos responsáveis pela elaboração, acompanhamento e controle do Orçamento CAS, apoiando as áreas na tomada de decisão por meio de análises financeiras, projeções e identificação de oportunidades de otimização de recursos. Atuamos em parceria com as áreas de negócio na construção do orçamento, forecasts e gestão do orçamento de pessoal, buscando garantir o alinhamento entre estratégia, crescimento e sustentabilidade financeira. O foco desta oportunidade será atuar como Business Partner de áreas internas do CAS, apoiando os ciclos de orçamento e forecast, expert nos temas de orçamento de pessoal e o acompanhamento de indicadores financeiros, contribuindo com análises e cenários para a tomada de decisão das lideranças.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuições

Atuar como Business Finance Partner das áreas de negócio, apoiando a tomada de decisão por meio de análises financeiras e orçamentárias. Conduzir os ciclos de orçamento anual, revisões orçamentárias e forecasts das áreas sob sua responsabilidade. Realizar o acompanhamento do realizado versus orçado, identificando desvios, riscos e oportunidades, e propondo planos de ação junto às lideranças. Conduzir junto ao time a gestão do orçamento de pessoal, acompanhando quadro de pessoal, variações de orçamento, e todos os impactos vinculados a esse pacote. Desenvolver análises, projeções e simulações de cenários para apoiar decisões estratégicas e de priorização de investimentos. Construir e acompanhar indicadores financeiros e gerenciais que suportem a gestão e o desempenho das áreas. Atuar de forma integrada com áreas parceiras, garantindo alinhamento entre estratégia, planejamento e sustentabilidade financeira. Contribuir para a evolução dos processos, ferramentas e modelos de gestão orçamentária.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em: Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas,Pós-graduação em Finanças, Gestão de Negócios ou temas correlatos.Excel avançado.Conhecimento em Power BI.Conhecimento em Indicadores e informações gerenciais.Conhecimento de SAP, EPM (Oracle) e Senior.
