Temos sucesso em um ambiente de crescimento acelerado, onde o atendimento encantador faz parte do nosso DNA.Aqui você vai trabalhar com uma equipe de profissionais de alma empreendedora, apaixonada por resultados e que te darão apoio e espaço para que você desenvolva seus conhecimentos, sua curiosidade e suas técnicas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a elaboração do orçamento anual;Apoiar revisões periódicas e projeções (forecast), consolidando premissas comerciais, operacionais e de custos por filial, contrato e frota;Construir e manter modelos de projeção de receita, custos, despesas e margem, considerando taxa de ocupação, disponibilidade de equipamentos, horas trabalhadas e custos;Consolidar a projeção de resultado;Analisar mensalmente o realizado versus orçado e versus forecast (análise de variações), identificando causas, tendências e riscos ao resultado;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais, dashboards e apresentações periódicas para gerência e diretoria;Acompanhar indicadores-chave (KPIs) do negócio: rentabilidade por contrato e por equipamento, margem de contribuição, taxa de utilização da frota, entre outros;Apoiar a análise de precificação de locações e propostas comerciais, avaliando o impacto na margem e no retorno dos contratos;Realizar estudos de viabilidade e análises (make-or-buy, aquisição de equipamentos, análise de investimentos/CAPEX e payback);Garantir a integridade, a consistência e a padronização das bases de dados financeiras e operacionais utilizadas nas análises;Interagir com as áreas de Operações, Comercial, Contabilidade e Controladoria para obtenção e validação de informações;Automatizar e aprimorar rotinas, planilhas e relatórios, buscando ganho de eficiência e confiabilidade das entregas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Ciências Atuariais, Economia, Engenharia (de Produção ou correlatas) ou áreas afins.Pacote Office avançado, Power BI, Finanças Corporativas, Contabilidade Gerencial, estrutura de DRE.Desejável:Conhecimento em Power BI;Conhecimento em finanças corporativas, contabilidade geral e estrutura de DRE.Informações adicionaisO que vamos te proporcionar:Plano de Saúde;Vale Alimentação(Cartão Sodexo);Seguro de Vida;Plano Odontológico;Parcerias com Instituições de Ensino;Vale Transporte.
