A Freitas está em busca de um(a) Analista de Custos e Estoque para atuar no acompanhamento, análise e controle dos estoques das lojas e centros de distribuição, garantindo a confiabilidade das informações de estoque, custos e margens.O profissional será responsável por identificar divergências, acompanhar o custo médio dos produtos, analisar movimentações de estoque e apoiar as áreas Comercial, Operações, Fiscal e Contábil na melhoria dos processos e na redução de perdas.

Responsabilidades e atribuições• Acompanhar diariamente a posição de estoque das lojas e centros de distribuição;• Analisar e tratar estoques negativos, estoques sem movimentação e divergências de saldo;• Acompanhar o processo de formação e encerramento do custo médio dos produtos;• Analisar variações de custo de entrada e seus impactos nas margens;• Realizar análises de inventário físico x estoque sistêmico;• Acompanhar inventários gerais, rotativos e contagens direcionadas;• Identificar divergências entre entradas, saídas, transferências, devoluções e ajustes de estoque;• Analisar movimentações que possam gerar distorções no custo ou no estoque;• Acompanhar produtos com alto giro, baixo giro, excesso de estoque e ruptura;• Elaborar relatórios e indicadores de estoque e custos para a gestão;• Apoiar o acompanhamento do estoque em dias de venda;• Analisar perdas e diferenças de inventário;• Apoiar a definição de parâmetros de estoque mínimo, máximo e reposição;• Validar impactos de operações fiscais e comerciais sobre o custo dos produtos;• Apoiar as áreas de Compras, Comercial, Logística, Fiscal e Contabilidade na solução de divergências;• Realizar análises no sistema Protheus/TOTVS;• Criar e acompanhar controles e indicadores utilizando Excel e Power BI;• Propor melhorias nos processos de controle de estoque e custos;• Documentar causas das divergências e acompanhar os planos de ação para correção.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência com custos, estoque, inventários e análise de divergências;

Conhecimento em custo médio, margem e movimentações de estoque;

Domínio de Excel intermediário/avançado;

Conhecimento em Power BI;

Conhecimento no sistema Protheus/TOTVS;

Conhecimento em indicadores de estoque e custos;

Perfil analítico, organizado, proativo e com atenção aos detalhes;

Boa comunicação e facilidade para atuar com diferentes áreas.
