Somos a CINPAL, atuamos na fabricação de autopeças para os mercados nacional e internacional. Instalados em Taboão da Serra (SP), produzimos soluções fundidas, forjadas e usinadas para montadoras de veículos pesados e para o mercado de reposição.

Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar como peça-chave na análise e controle dos custos de produção, apoiando decisões estratégicas e contribuindo diretamente para a rentabilidade e sustentabilidade do negócio.

Se você se identifica com este perfil e deseja crescer em um ambiente dinâmico e desafiador, envie sua candidatura e venha fazer parte da nossa equipe Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar e revisar o fechamento mensal de custos industriais e estoques.Apurar e analisar custos reais, custos padrão, custos médios e custos por absorção.Garantir a correta valorização dos estoques e apuração do CPV.Conciliar Kardex, estoques, ordens de produção, movimentações do ERP e razão contábil.Analisar variações de preço, consumo, eficiência, produtividade, volume, mix e absorção dos custos fixos.Analisar matéria-prima, mão de obra, serviços de terceiros e gastos gerais de fabricação.Revisar listas técnicas, roteiros, centros de trabalho, tempos de produção, taxas e critérios de rateio.Elaborar cotações e composições de custos de novos produtos e negócios.Desenvolver estudos de viabilidade econômica, margem, rentabilidade, payback e ponto de equilíbrio.Apoiar a formação de preços e as análises de alterações de produtos e processos.Analisar perdas, refugos, sucatas, retrabalhos, ociosidade e capacidade não utilizada.Apoiar inventários gerais e rotativos e analisar as divergências identificadas.Monitorar estoques negativos, materiais sem custo, baixo giro e obsolescência.Participar da elaboração do Budget e Forecast de custos industriais.Investigar inconsistências de cadastro e parametrização que afetem custos, estoques ou CPV.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e indicadores para suporte à tomada de decisão.Atender auditorias com conciliações, memórias de cálculo e evidências.Desenvolver controles, automações e melhorias nos processos de fechamento.Orientar tecnicamente profissionais da área e apoiar as áreas operacionais. Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Ciências Contábeis.Experiência sólida em Custos ou Controladoria Industrial.Experiência em indústria de transformação ou manufatura.Vivência direta no fechamento mensal de custos e estoques.Conhecimento de custo padrão, custo real, custo médio e custeio por absorção.Experiência com valorização de estoques, conciliações contábeis e análise do CPV.Experiência com formação de custos e cotações de produtos industriais.Experiência em estudos de viabilidade econômica e análise de rentabilidade.Conhecimento de listas técnicas, roteiros e ordens de produção.Experiência com sistema ERP integrado.Excel avançado.
