O(a) Analista de CX Pleno/Sênior integrará o time de Customer Experience da Colliers Brasil, atuando no atendimento e acompanhamento de um cliente relevante do segmento logístico, apoiando a gestão da operação, o relacionamento com os usuários do serviço e a geração de análises e indicadores que contribuam para a melhoria contínua da experiência do cliente e dos resultados da operação.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMonitorar indicadores de CX, CSAT, NPS e SLA, identificando tendências, riscos e ofensores;Consolidar e analisar dados provenientes de pesquisas, tickets, chamados e dashboards operacionais;Elaborar relatórios executivos, apresentações e análises críticas para a liderança;Atuar como ponte entre a operação, qualidade e gestão, apoiando nos planos de ação;Acompanhar reclamações recorrentes e apoiar análise de causa raíz;Garantis padronização de métricas, conceitos, e rituais de acompanhamento de CX;Apoiar projetos de melhoria contínua e iniciativas de maturidade de experiência do usuário;Contribuir para a evolução de dashboards (Excel, Power BI); e automatização das análises;Apoiar auditorias, revisões e validações de dados relacionados à experiência do usuário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência na função - Facilities (fretado e restaurante);Graduação cursando e/ou completa em Administração, Gestão comercial e/ou áreas correlatas;Visão analítica e senso crítico;Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;Proatividade e senso de dono;Capacidade de priorização e gestão de múltiplas demandas;Postura colaborativa e orientada a soluções;Maturidade para lidar com dados sensíveis e ambiente executivo;Atuação analítica com autonomia, sem gestão direta de pessoas.Informações adicionaisAssistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Seguro de Vida;Vale Transporte;WellHub;Vale refeição;Day off de aniversário;Programa de qualidade de vida;Programa foco na saúde física e mental;Day off Outubro Rosa e Novembro Azul;Programa Lutos e Perdas: Apoio psicológico para colaborador/a e familiares;Licença paternidade estendida;Nós valorizamos a diversidade e inclusão, consideramos todas as pessoas para as nossas vagas, independente de cor, raça, religião, gênero e identidade de gênero, nacionalidade, deficiência, orientação sexual, ascendência, idade, etc.
