Nesta oportunidade, estamos buscando um(a) Analista de Dados para atuar na interseção entre infraestrutura de dados, desenvolvimento  de query e Business Intelligence. O candidato ideal será responsável por garantir o fluxo contínuo de dados, desde a importação e integração até a modelagem e visualização em Power BI, mantendo o foco na performance e integridade dos nossos bancos de dados relacionais.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades Desenvolver, manter e otimizar consultas SQL para extração, transformação e análise de dados.Criar e manter objetos de banco de dados, como Views, Stored Procedures e Functions.Analisar grandes volumes de dados para identificar tendências, oportunidades e apoiar decisões estratégicas.Realizar análises, depurações e otimizações de performance em consultas e processos de banco de dados.Garantir a integridade, qualidade e confiabilidade dos dados utilizados pela organização.Atuar em conjunto com áreas de negócio para compreender demandas e transformar necessidades em soluções orientadas por dados.Produzir análises e relatórios que apoiem a gestão e os processos internos, desenvolvendo dashboards interativos em Power BI com uso avançado de DAX.Experiencias e conhecimentos desejadosExperiência prática em análise e manipulação de dados utilizando SQL.Vivência com modelagem, manutenção e otimização de bancos de dados relacionais (SQL Server).Experiência na criação e manutenção de procedimentos armazenados (Stored Procedures), funções e views.Sólido conhecimento em SQL, incluindo: SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY e HAVING.Subqueries e Common Table Expressions (CTEs).Conhecimento prático em Power BI e linguagem DAX para construção de métricas e relatórios.Desejável experiência em ambientes corporativos orientados por indicadores e inteligência de negócios.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormaçãoEnsino superior completo em: Tecnologia da Informação;Ciência da Computação; Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas; Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;Competências desejadasPensamento analítico e crítico;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;Proatividade e senso de dono;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com diferentes áreas. Informações adicionaisPlano de saúde;Plano Odontológico;Day Off;Refeitório na empresa;Convênio com SESC;Vale Transporte;Empréstimo Consignado com desconto em folha;
