Estamos em busca de pessoas apaixonadas por educação e tecnologia!Queremos que você saiba atuar em um ambiente que exige a união de múltiplas competências e experiências e com foco no resultado para deixarmos nosso legado no mundo. Se você, assim como nós, tem paixão por educação e tecnologia, o UOL EdTech é para você! 🧡Confira essa oportunidade e vem ser #EdTecher!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDefinir e evoluir a camada semântica e as métricas de negócio (grain, dimensões, KPIs), alinhadas a modelagem dimensional (Kimball) e à arquitetura Medallion (Bronze / Silver / Gold).Desenvolver e manter modelos dbt na camada analítica (marts Gold): modelos incrementais, testes automatizados, documentação e macros reutilizáveis.Construir e governar produtos analíticos em Power BI — modelos semânticos (Import / DirectQuery / Composite), DAX performático, RLS, publicação no Service, datasets certificados e workspaces organizados.Evoluir explores e views em Looker (LookML) — measures, derived tables, governança multi-tenant (access_filter) e embed quando aplicável em produtos SaaS.Escrever SQL avançado sobre Azure Synapse Analytics, BigQuery e views de consumo, com foco em performance para BI e self-service.Implementar práticas de qualidade downstream — Data Contracts, testes e monitoramento — para evitar rupturas em dashboards, datasets e aplicações por mudanças na origem.Atuar como referência técnica na interface entre engenharia de dados, negócio e produto; promover DataOps, Git/PRs, code review e documentação de métricas.Apoiar iniciativas de IA/ML com bases analíticas limpas, estáveis e bem definidas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência sólida como Analytics Engineer, BI Engineer ou Analista de Dados Sênior em ambiente corporativo ou SaaS.Domínio de SQL — consultas complexas, CTEs, window functions e otimização em cloud DW.Experiência com dbt em produção — models, tests, docs, incrementais e macros.Experiência com Power BI — modelagem tabular, DAX, RLS, Power Query, publicação e governança no Service.Experiência com Looker / LookML — views, explores, measures, joins e boas práticas de camada semântica.Conhecimento em modelagem de dados — dimensional (star schema) e arquitetura Medallion.Experiência com Cloud Data Warehouse / Lakehouse — Azure Synapse Analytics, BigQuery e/ou equivalentes (AWS, GCP, Azure).Domínio de Git e processos de Pull Request / code review, com CI/CD aplicado a projetos analíticos.Capacidade de traduzir necessidades de negócio em métricas claras, documentadas e reutilizáveis.Informações adicionaisPara se destacar nessa posição, seria legal se você também tivesse:Experiência com Azure Data Factory ou ferramentas de orquestração/ingestão (Airbyte ou equivalentes).Python para automações, validações e rotinas analíticas.Conhecimento em DataOps, governança de dados e LGPD.Experiência com Looker embed ou analytics embutido em produto.Disponibilidade para atuar em modelo híbrido (3x na semana) em São Paulo - SP.
