Essa posição faz parte do time de Consultoria de Pessoas do Varejo PJ e apoia a transformação de dados e analytics em decisões de Pessoas. Aqui, analytics não é sobre relatórios: é sobre entender por que as pessoas entram, permanecem e se movimentam na organização, como as estruturas são desenhadas (design organizacional) e como classificar e organizar dados de Pessoas para sustentar decisões de alta relevância, muitas delas tomadas em mesas executivas.É uma posição para quem quer unir rigor técnico e visão de negócio, atuando próximo às áreas de negócio PJ e aos especialistas de Pessoas, traduzindo perguntas complexas em produtos de dados escaláveis e acompanhando o impacto real das análises em como o banco cuida, desenvolve e organiza seus times.Nessa função você vai:Coletar, tratar e validar dados de Pessoas provenientes de múltiplas fontes internas e externas;Conduzir estudos e diagnósticos sobre turnover interno e externo, senioridade e diversidade;Apoiar análises de design organizacional, incluindo spans & layers e dimensionamento de estruturas;Estruturar classificações e camadas de dados de Pessoas para trazer consistência às decisões de gente;Construir consultas SQL otimizadas, views e fluxos em ambiente AWS (Athena, S3 e Glue);Desenvolver e sustentar scripts em Python para automação, integração e análises avançadas;Criar e manter aplicações e automações com Power Apps e Power Automate;Desenvolver pipelines de dados, processos ETL e dashboards de RH no Amazon QuickSight;Traduzir as necessidades da Consultoria de Pessoas PJ em soluções analíticas e produtos de dados;Apoiar decisões executivas por meio de indicadores, dashboards e análises orientadas a resultados.

Requisitos e qualificações AWS (Athena, S3 e Glue); SQL e Python; Power Apps e Power Automate; Amazon QuickSight (análises e dashboards); Modelagem e governança de dados; Construção de indicadores e storytelling analítico.
