Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Dados! Responsável por transformar dados operacionais das unidades de atendimento do Paraná em informações acionáveis, o(a) Analista de Dados monitora e analisa indicadores de desempenho, como TME/TMA, aderência aos SLAs, produtividade, filas, tempo de espera e qualidade. Também desenvolve e mantém dashboards executivos e relatórios gerenciais, apoiando a tomada de decisão por meio de análises de tendências, segmentações e identificação de causas-raiz de desvios. Atua garantindo a qualidade e a integridade dos dados, a padronização de métricas e definições (dicionário de dados), a automação de rotinas de reporte e o suporte a iniciativas de melhoria contínua, sempre com foco na experiência do cidadão e na eficiência operacional.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Monitorar diariamente e periodicamente os KPIs operacionais (TME/TMA, SLA, volume, produtividade, retrabalho, absenteísmo operacional, entre outros), sinalizando desvios, riscos e oportunidades de melhoria.Construir, aprimorar e manter dashboards (ex.: Power BI) e relatórios executivos, garantindo a consistência das métricas e a atualização das informações.Realizar análises de tendências, sazonalidade e desempenho por unidade, canal e serviço, propondo hipóteses e recomendações para suporte à tomada de decisão.Conduzir análises de causa-raiz e apoiar a elaboração de planos de ação junto às áreas operacionais, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua, padronização do atendimento e redução de filas.Apoiar o dimensionamento de capacidade por meio de análises de demanda, considerando histórico, picos de atendimento, previsões e cenários operacionais.Garantir a qualidade dos dados por meio de validações, reconciliações e controles de consistência, assegurando a documentação adequada e a rastreabilidade das informações.

Requisitos e qualificações

Conhecimento em SQL, incluindo consultas, joins, agregações e tratamento de dados.Domínio de Excel avançado para análise e manipulação de dados.Experiência com ferramentas de Business Intelligence (BI), preferencialmente Power BI.Noções de estatística aplicada, análise de tendências e interpretação de indicadores (nível básico a intermediário).Capacidade analítica para transformar dados em informações relevantes para a tomada de decisão.Experiência com indicadores de operações, atendimento ao cliente e gestão de SLAs será considerada um diferencial.
