É dono da integração das fontes (VTEX, NetSuite, marketplaces, GA4, plataformas de mídia e CRM), do modelo de dados e da plataforma de BI da área. Atende e-commerce e growth em pé de igualdade, com a responsabilidade de garantir que os dois falem a mesma língua numérica: um único número de receita, margem, conversão e CAC, com definição documentada e reproduzível. Integração de dados: extrai e consolida VTEX, NetSuite, integrador de marketplace, painéis dos canais, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads e CRM em base única, via API ou conector, com rotina de carga automatizada e monitorada.Modelagem e governança: define o dicionário de métricas da área (o que é receita, margem, conversão, lead qualificado e recorrência), documenta a regra de cálculo e garante que o mesmo indicador tenha o mesmo valor em todo painel.Responsável pelo Power BI: constrói, publica e mantém os painéis da área, define a arquitetura de modelos e o padrão visual, e gerencia acessos e atualização.Análise de vendas: receita, ticket médio, mix e sazonalidade por canal, categoria e produto, com leitura de desvio contra meta e contra o mesmo período do ano anterior.Análise de ruptura e disponibilidade: mede perda de receita por falta de estoque e por inconsistência entre ERP, plataforma e canais, com alerta antes de a venda ser perdida.Análise de recorrência e retenção: coorte de clientes, taxa de recompra, intervalo entre compras e valor por cliente ao longo do tempo, com recorte por canal de aquisição.Automação de rotinas com dados: substitui relatório manual por rotina automatizada, cria alerta por exceção (ruptura, divergência de preço, queda de conversão, estouro de ACOS) e libera tempo analítico do time.Entrega análise com hipótese, causa, ação proposta e impacto estimado. Não entrega relatório: entrega recomendação com número, no formato de análise definido pela área.Suporte técnico ao time: ensina o analista de cada frente a ler e usar o painel, e evita que a área volte a depender de uma pessoa só para gerar número.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiências e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Graduado em Estatística, Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Economia, Administração ou áreas correlatas. Especialização em dados, analytics ou business intelligence é diferencial relevante.Experiência em varejo, e-commerce ou marketplace.Experiência

construção de pipeline de dados do zero e de painéis adotados como fonte oficial de decisão. Experiência em ambiente sem estrutura de dados montada é diferencial decisivo, porque é exatamente o cenário de entrada. Experiência
