O Looqbox é uma ferramenta de inteligência artificial que transforma os dados das empresas em ação.Como Analista de Dados e BI, você será a ponte entre dados e decisões dos nossos clientes: vai implementar e evoluir dashboards e camadas de dados no Looqbox e, ao mesmo tempo, conduzir análises que respondem perguntas de negócio e orientam decisões.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais atividadesEntender objetivos do cliente e traduzir em métricas, KPIs e requisitos de dados.Desenvolver relatórios e dashboards no Looqbox usando Python e SQL, garantindo padronização e performance.Implementar e gerenciar Agentes de IA com foco em dados.Conduzir análises exploratórias e ad hoc (coortes, funil, segmentações, variações de desempenho, root cause).Criar e manter a camada semântica de métricas (definições, regras de negócio, dimensões) e documentação.Storytelling com dados: preparar visualizações e recomendações claras e acionáveis.Acompanhar a adoção da ferramenta e a saúde dos clientes por indicadores; sugerir melhorias de produto/uso.Realizar troubleshooting e pesquisa para resolver problemas de dados/consulta/performance.Colaborar com Gerente de Projeto e stakeholders do cliente; participar de reuniões quando necessário.Promover boas práticas de data viz e padronização de relatórios.Apoiar experimentações simples (testes A/B, hipóteses e leitura de resultados).Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitosExperiência em Python (pandas, numpy; notebooks) e SQL (consultas, otimização básica).Autonomia técnica compatível com profissional Júnior ou Pleno;Boas práticas de programação: versionamento, documentação, refatoração.Estatística descritiva e noções de inferência (distribuições, intervalo de confiança, teste de hipótese básico).Data visualization e storytelling (princípios de boas práticas e clareza na comunicação).Inglês intermediário.Capacidade de traduzir perguntas de negócio em análises e de avaliar riscos/alternativas.DiferencialExperiência como ponto focal de clientes/consultoria.Otimização de código/consultas e modelagem para analytics (modelagem dimensional, camadas semânticas).Conhecimento de setores atendidos (varejo, shopping, farmacêutico, construção civil) e métricas do domínio.Experiência na criação e sustentação de pipeline de dados.Ferramentas de orquestração/ETL (Airflow) e controle de versão (Git).Experiência com bases não relacionais.Experiência com ferramentas de IA.Informações adicionaisContratação:Prestador de Serviços (PJ)100% Home OfficeBenefícios:R$ 1.100,00 de VR/VA flexíveis no cartão Caju, com uso também em Mobilidade, Cultura, Saúde e Educação.Plano de Saúde 100% custeado pelo Looqbox, sem coparticipação.Plano Odontológico 100% custeado pelo Looqbox, sem coparticipação.Wellhub (Gympass) para cuidar do seu bem-estar físico e mental.Incetivo à leitura e educação.
