Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExtrair, tratar e analisar dados jurídicos a partir do sistema de gestão jurídica e de outras fontes internas, com foco em processos novos, encerrados e em estoque.Identificar as causas-raiz das demandas judiciais e administrativas e propor, junto às áreas envolvidas, ações preventivas para reduzir a litigiosidade.Desenvolver, acompanhar e interpretar indicadores estratégicos, como volume e perfil de ações, taxa de êxito, valores de condenação e acordos, provisões, custos jurídicos e desempenho de escritórios parceiros.Criar e manter relatórios periódicos e dashboards, garantindo a precisão, a consistência e a rastreabilidade das informações.Ligar os dados operacionais à estratégia jurídica, dando visibilidade a tendências, riscos, gargalos e oportunidades de eficiência.Garantir a qualidade e a padronização dos dados cadastrados no sistema, sugerindo melhorias de processo e de governança da informação.Atender outras áreas da companhia (Financeiro, Controladoria, RH, Operações, entre outras) com informações jurídicas organizadas, entregues no prazo e tratadas com confidencialidade e em conformidade com a LGPD.Apresentar análises e recomendações às lideranças, inclusive à alta gestão, de forma clara e objetiva.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Direito, Engenharia, Economia, Estatística ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com análise de dados jurídicos ou em funções de Legal Operations.Domínio de Excel avançado e de ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Tableau ou similares).Conhecimento de SQL para extração e manipulação de dados.Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão jurídica (ex.: Legal One, Projuris, Espaider, CPJ ou similares).Boa capacidade de comunicação e de construir narrativas a partir de dados (data storytelling).Perfil analítico, estratégico e organizado, com excelente relacionamento interpessoal e postura consultiva.Informações adicionaisMais do que benefícios, um cuidado completo com você e sua jornada!💙 O que você encontra por aqui:• Vale Transporte• Vale Alimentação ou Refeição• Plano de Saúde e Odontológico• TotalPass (Plano de Academias)• Descontos para filhos em qualquer escola do grupo (Previsto em política interna).Acreditamos na força da diversidade e no poder da educação para transformar realidades.
