Somos uma empresa de grande porte, em crescimento, referência no seu setor de atuação. Buscamos um(a) Analista de Dados para compor o nosso time de Marketing. Essa pessoa será responsável por transformar dados em insights estratégicos que orientam decisões de negócio. Trabalhamos de forma colaborativa, com autonomia e foco em resultado, em um ambiente que estimula aprendizado contínuo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSua missão será:Estruturar, analisar e monitorar indicadores de marketing (budget, performance de campanhas, funil de aquisição, NPS, entre outros);Construir dashboards e relatórios que apoiem a tomada de decisão de lideranças e áreas de negócio;Realizar análises exploratórias e cruzamentos de dados para identificar oportunidades e tendências;Atuar em conjunto com o time de mídia paga, traduzindo dados em recomendações práticas;Construir e acompanhar o orçamento de marketing, garantindo controle e organização das despesas;Colaborar com áreas internas diversas, atuando como ponte entre dados e operação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara assumir esse desafio, você precisa ter:Ensino superior completo (preferencialmente em Administração, Engenharia, Marketing, Economia, Estatística ou áreas correlatas).Domínio de Excel e familiaridade com ferramentas de dashboards (ex.: Data Studio/Looker, Power BI)Capacidade de organizar e estruturar processos, garantindo clareza, consistência e padronização.Boa comunicação para troca constante com diferentes times, especialmente lideranças de marketing.Perfil analítico, senso crítico e habilidade para transformar números em histórias e recomendações práticas.Organização, atenção a detalhes e senso de priorização.Você vai se destacar se:Tiver experiência prévia com análise de dados no universo de marketing.Já tiver atuado com acompanhamento de orçamento.Conhecer métricas de marketing digital e indicadores de campanhas.Tiver facilidade em propor melhorias e repensar processos.Gostar de trabalhar em um ambiente colaborativo, onde dados e feedbacks guiam as decisões.
