Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNO QUE VOCÊ VAI TRABALHAR? 🤩Como Analista de Dados e Marketing Ops, você apoiará nosso time em diversas atividades de automações, criação de dashboards, e estruturação de CRM! 💻⌨️💙Sendo assim, na vaga de ANALISTA DE DADOS E MARKETING , você será responsável por:Integrações & automações: Conectar formulários/landing pages aos CRMs e ferramentas de automação, garantindo o fluxo de leads sem perdas;BI & dashboards: Construir e manter os dashboards gerenciais e de performance que embasam a decisão do time; Operação e estrutura de CRM: Campos, funis, opções de motivo de perda, obrigatoriedade de campos, higiene/limpeza da base, etc..Requisitos e qualificações QUAIS SÃO OS REQUISITOS? ✔️Disponibilidade para atuar 40 horas semanais; Domínio de automação/integração no-code/low-code — n8n, Zapier, Make ou similar; Noção de APIs/webhooks;SQL sólido (consultas, modelagem de tabelas, cruzamento de fontes); Experiência com construção e manutenção de dashboards (Metabase ou equivalente: Looker, Power BI, Metabase);Experiência com administração de CRM (funis, campos, automações).E OS DIFERENCIAIS? 💡Conhecimento em Python voltado para automação, manipulação e análise de dados (Pandas/NumPy);Experiência prática em pipelines de dados, mensuração de conversões offline e GA4; Uso de IA aplicada (OpenAI API, Google AI Studio, LLMs) para automação de processos, análise não estruturada ou otimização de fluxos; Vivência prévia no modelo B2B SaaS de alto crescimento ou ambiente de Growth Ops.
