O que estará sobre seus cuidados: Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar como Analista de Dados Pleno, contribuindo para a transformação de dados em informação estratégica para tomada de decisão. Você fará parte da área de Governança e Engenharia de Dados, atuando em um ambiente moderno baseado em Databricks e AWS, sendo responsável pela construção de modelos analíticos, validação da qualidade dos dados e suporte às áreas de negócio na geração de insights e indicadores relevantes para a companhia.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que é importante você ter?Desenvolver e manter modelos analíticos, Data Marts e tabelas agregadas nas camadas Bronze, Silver e Gold do ecossistema Databricks.Traduzir regras de negócio em consultas e modelos de dados que apoiem a tomada de decisão.Realizar análises exploratórias e diagnósticas para identificação de tendências, oportunidades e desvios operacionais.Desenvolver e otimizar rotinas de transformação e manipulação de dados utilizando SQL, Python e PySpark.Executar extrações, cruzamentos e conciliações de bases de dados com autonomia.Garantir a qualidade, consistência, integridade e acurácia dos dados disponibilizados para os usuários.Identificar e apoiar a resolução de inconsistências entre sistemas de origem e bases analíticas.Documentar regras de negócio, indicadores, dicionários de dados e ativos no catálogo corporativo.Apoiar a governança e a padronização dos indicadores corporativos.Atender demandas analíticas das áreas de negócio e participar do levantamento de requisitos para novas soluções de dados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificações:Formação superior completa em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia de Software, Estatística, Matemática Computacional, Engenharia de Dados ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com manipulação e análise de dados utilizando SQL.Vivência em ambientes de dados utilizando Databricks e AWS.Conhecimento em processos de ETL/ELT, Data Lake e Data Warehouse.Experiência com validação e controle de qualidade de dados.Conhecimento em Python para análise e transformação de dados.Inglês técnico para leitura.Conhecimentos desejáveis:PySpark e Delta Lake.AWS (S3 e Athena).Databricks Workflows (Jobs).APIs REST, SQS e integrações de dados.Git e GitHub.Unity Catalog e práticas de governança de dados.Power BI.DiferenciaisCertificação Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate.Certificação AWS Certified Data Engineer Associate.Conhecimento do mercado segurador.Informações adicionaisInformações adicionaisComo Cuidamos de você:Benefícios:Seguro Saúde;Seguro Odontológico;Seguro Decesso;Vale Transporte;Vale Refeição;Vale Alimentação;13ª Cesta de Alimentação;Seguro de Vida em Grupo;Plano de Previdência Privada;Auxílio Creche e/ou Babá;Participação nos Lucros e Resultados (PLR);Wellhub;Day off para comemorar seu aniversário;Programa Desenvolve com mais 500 cursos;Programa de Saúde Integrada: mental, social, financeira e física.Onde ficamos?Nossa sede fica localizada na zona sul de São Paulo, próximo a estação de trem Morumbi (linha 9 – Esmeralda), na região do bairro Chácara Santo Antônio.
