Responsabilidades e atribuições Buscamos um(a) Analista de Dados Pleno para transformar dados em informações que apoiem decisões e objetivos estratégicos do negócio. Essa pessoa atuará na construção e evolução de dashboards e análises, principalmente em Power BI, além de fazer a ponte entre as áreas de negócio e o time técnico de dados. Será responsável por entender necessidades, estruturar indicadores, traduzir regras de negócio em soluções de dados e contribuir para a qualidade e evolução das informações utilizadas pela empresa.

🚀 O que você vai fazer no dia a dia: Desenvolver, manter e evoluir dashboards e relatórios analíticos utilizando Power BI;

Mapear processos e regras de negócio, documentando cálculos, estruturas e fluxos de informação;

Levantar necessidades com as áreas de negócio e definir métricas, KPIs e prioridades analíticas;

Atuar como ponto focal entre as áreas de negócio e o time técnico de dados;

Desenvolver análises e visualizações utilizando SQL, Power BI e DAX para apoiar a validação de hipóteses;

Identificar problemas de qualidade e integridade dos dados e atuar junto às áreas responsáveis na busca por soluções;

Acompanhar a utilização dos dashboards e propor melhorias a partir dos feedbacks dos usuários.Requisitos e qualificações🎯 O que buscamos: Ensino superior completo em Administração, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência de Dados, Estatística, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência de 3 a 5 anos em análise de dados, BI ou funções correlatas;

Conhecimento avançado em SQL, incluindo modelagem de dados e construção de queries complexas (joins, CTEs e window functions);

Domínio de Power BI e DAX;

Experiência com modelagem de dados relacional e dimensional, incluindo conceitos de fato, dimensão e star schema;

Capacidade de analisar diferentes fontes de dados, compreendendo relacionamentos, granularidades e regras de negócio;
