Unidade de Negócio: Sem PararLocal de trabalho: São Paulo/SPModelo de trabalho: Híbrido 2x3 (ida ao escritório duas vezes na semana)Missão da área que você irá atuar: Gerar inteligência analítica para as operações de atendimento receptivo, apoiando a tomada de decisão por meio de análises, estudos e monitoramento de indicadores que contribuam para a melhoria da experiência do cliente e da eficiência operacional.Objetivos do cargo que você irá atuar: Atuar no acompanhamento da performance operacional, identificando oportunidades de melhoria, construindo diagnósticos e análises estratégicas, além de desenvolver soluções analíticas que apoiem a evolução dos resultados da operação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMonitorar e analisar indicadores de performance das operações de atendimento receptivo;Desenvolver análises para identificação de desvios, tendências e oportunidades de melhoria;Automatizar análises e processos utilizando SQL e Python;Criar e manter dashboards em Power BI para acompanhamento de resultados;Elaborar estudos e apresentações executivas para suporte à tomada de decisão da liderança.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesÉ imprescindível que você tenha:Experiência em Analytics, Business Intelligence ou Análise de Dados;SQL avançado para manipulação e análise de grandes volumes de dados;Python avançado para tratamento e análise de dados;Experiência avançada em Power BI, incluindo DAX e modelagem de dados;Experiência em construção e análise de KPIs operacionais e geração de insights para o negócio. Não obrigatório, mas será incrível se tiver:Experiência em Call Center ou operações de atendimento ao cliente;Conhecimento dos indicadores de atendimento receptivo;Conhecimento em modelos estatísticos e Machine Learning;Experiência com Databricks, Spark ou ambientes Data Lake/Lakehouse;Vivência com técnicas de forecast, segmentação e análise preditiva.
