Estamos em busca de profissionais com experiência em Delivery e Governança TECH para integrar nosso Time de Águias. Apoiará a coordenação de múltiplas frentes de projeto, consolidando status, antecipando riscos e traduzindo o andamento técnico em informação clara para a liderança.Você vai atuar como um ponto de referência para acompanhamento de entregas, interagindo com diferentes times e áreas de negócio para garantir visibilidade e previsibilidade das prioridades do time.Se você busca desafios e um ambiente inclusivo, diverso e estimulante, essa é a oportunidade certa para decolar na sua carreira!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOs desafios que aguardam por você no próximo destino são:Acompanhar o andamento das demandas nos boards de gestão de projetos, utilizando-os como principal fonte de status;Confirmar diretamente com os times responsáveis itens críticos, parados ou sem informação suficiente registrada;Consolidar o status de diferentes frentes de projeto em uma visão única e transversal;Identificar riscos e impedimentos com antecedência, sinalizando antes que se tornem urgência;Preparar relatórios periódicos consolidados para apoiar a comunicação com a liderança, sempre validando a precisão dos dados antes de repassá-los;Apoiar iniciativas de descoberta (discovery) e a construção de soluções internas do time quando houver disponibilidade.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesNão pode faltar em sua bagagem:•     Experiência prévia em análise de projetos, governança ou funções correlatas;

•     Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) e ferramentas de gestão de projetos (Jira, Kanbanize ou similares);

•     Facilidade para organizar e consolidar informações de múltiplas fontes em relatórios claros e objetivos;

•     Boa comunicação escrita, com capacidade de traduzir informações técnicas para públicos não técnicos;

•     Formação superior em Sistemas de Informação/Análise de Sistemas, Gestão de Projetos, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.Diferenciais

•     Vivência anterior com times de tecnologia (desenvolvimento, QA ou suporte), mesmo que em função não técnica;

•     Interesse ou familiaridade com ferramentas de inteligência artificial aplicadas ao dia a dia, como Copilot, Claude ou similares;

•     Experiência com sistemas de atendimento ao cliente ou operações de negócio digital.
