Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Departamento Pessoal para atuar no controle e gestão de benefícios, garantindo organização, precisão e conformidade em todo o processo, além de apoiar as rotinas administrativas relacionadas às movimentações de colaboradores e dar suporte às áreas internas e fornecedores na resolução de demandas e inconsistências, contribuindo para a fluidez dos processos. É desejável experiência em rotinas de DP e conhecimento nos sistemas AHGORA e PROTHEUS.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a compra mensal de benefícios (VR, VA e VT) junto aos fornecedores.Consolidar informações de colaboradores elegíveis para concessão de benefícios.Conferir valores, quantidades e créditos antes da liberação aos colaboradores.Controlar inclusões, exclusões e alterações de benefícios decorrentes de admissões, desligamentos, férias e afastamentos.Apoiar no controle de benefícios conforme regras de elegibilidade definidas pela empresa ou convenção coletiva.Realizar a gestão de pedidos e cargas de VT, considerando escalas, jornadas e localidades.Apoiar no controle de faturas e notas fiscais dos fornecedores de benefícios.Obrigações trabalhistas, SEFIP, CAGED, DIRF, homologações, SPED e RAIS.Auxiliar no processo de rateio e conferência de custos de benefícios para envio à folha de pagamento ou controladoria.Prestar suporte aos colaboradores para esclarecimento de dúvidas relacionadas aos benefícios.Manter atualizados os controles e planilhas de acompanhamento da área.Apoiar na interface com fornecedores de benefícios e na resolução de inconsistências ou divergências.Controlar ponto eletrônico.Conhecimento sistema AHGORA E PROTHEUS. Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Administração de Empresas ou Gestão de Pessoas.Experiência mínima de 2 anos na execução de rotinas de Departamento Pessoal.Informações adicionais📌 Benefícios: • 🍽️ Vale Refeição (VR) R$ 40,90/dia. • 🏥 Assistência Médica Unimed. • 🦷 Assistência Odontológica Dental Uni. • 🚌 Vale Transporte (VT). • 💼 Regime CLT com remuneração compatível com o mercado.🕒 Horário de trabalho:• Segunda a sexta-feira | 08h00 às 18h00.📍 Local de atuação: • 100% presencial - Curitiba/PR.
