Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para apoiar o nosso time de Departamento Pessoal.Aqui, você vai aprender bastante e colocar a mão na massa nas principais rotinas do DP, ajudando a manter tudo em dia e garantindo uma ótima experiência para os nossos colaboradores.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAdmissão: Controlar documentações, exames médicos (ASO) e garantir que o primeiro dia do novo colaborador seja incrível.Benefícios: Gestão completa (inclusão, exclusão e rateio) de convênio médico, odontológico, vale-refeição, vale-transporte, etc.Ponto Eletrônico: Tratamento, apuração de horas extras/banco de horas e controle de absenteísmo.Férias e Afastamentos: Planejamento, cálculo e acompanhamento de cronogramas junto aos gestores.Atendimento Interno: Sanar dúvidas dos colaboradores sobre holerites, benefícios, férias e legislação trabalhista com empatia e agilidade.Requisitos e qualificações Formação: Ensino Superior em andamento ou completo em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.Legislação Trabalhista: Boas noções de CLT, Convenções Coletivas e rotinas de DP.Pacote Office/Google: Excel ou Google Sheets intermediário (facilidade com fórmulas básicas, PROCV e tabelas dinâmicas).Organização e Gestão do Tempo: Capacidade de priorizar tarefas e cumprir prazos do setor.Comunicação Direta e Empática: Vontade de tirar dúvidas dos colaboradores de forma simples e acessível.Atenção aos Detalhes: Cuidado ao conferir dados e documentos para evitar divergências.Ética e Responsabilidade: Discrição no manuseio de dados confidenciais do time.
