Responsabilidades e atribuições·       Gestão operacional do Vale-Transporte: inclusões, exclusões, alterações, recargas, movimentações, conferências e conciliações de valores, pedidos, créditos e descontos;

·       Apoio na administração de benefícios, normas e políticas da área, conforme legislação trabalhista;

·       Apoio no controle de movimentações de colaboradores e atualização de informações nos sistemas de benefícios;

·       Identificar, analisar e apoiar e correção de inconsistências entre sistemas, operadoras e folha de pagamento;

·       Apoiar na análise de convenções coletivas e na gestão de convênios e fornecedores de benefícios;

·       Elaborar controles, relatórios e indicadores de gestão de benefícios;

·       Apoiar auditorias internas e à melhoria contínua de processos;

·       Realizar atendimento a colaboradores e áreas internas de RH/DP prestando suporte e esclarecendo dúvidas relacionadas aos benefícios.

Requisitos e qualificações Formação Superior completa ou em curso em Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Economia, Estatística ou áreas afins; Experiência em gestão de benefícios/DP, preferencialmente com Vale-Transporte; Conhecimento das regras e legislação aplicáveis; Conhecimento em Pacote Office, nível intermediário em Excel; Desejável conhecimento no sistema Protheus (TOTVS); Capacidade de realizar conferências, conciliações e análises de dados Perfil analítico, proativo e orientado à solução de problemas.

Experiência com integração e conferência de dados entre sistema de folha, sistemas internos e operadoras de benefícios; Experiência com processos de admissão, transferência, afastamento e desligamento que impactem os benefícios; Vivência com auditoria e conciliação de benefícios; Experiência na elaboração de relatórios e indicadores de acompanhamento; Conhecimento em processos de melhoria e automatização de controles.
