Responsável pela apuração, elaboração, conferência e entrega das obrigações acessórias, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e das exigências legais e fiscais.

Realizar cálculos e acompanhamento de férias.Apoiar nos cálculos de rescisões e homologações. Processar e acompanhar CCTs e ACTs.Atender colaboradores e esclarecer dúvidas trabalhistas.Manter relacionamento com sindicatos e órgãos externos.Apoiar demandas gerais de Administração de Pessoal (admissão, integração, benefícios).Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins.

Pós-graduação ou MBA será um diferencial.

Experiência mínima de 6 meses na função.

Conhecimento em práticas trabalhistas e previdenciárias.
