Junte-se a nós!" 🚀Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar todas as rotinas mensais de folha de pagamento, férias, rescisões contratuais e encargos trabalhistas.Apurar e entregar as obrigações fiscais (INSS, FGTS, IRRF) e assegurar o cumprimento do eSocial.Gerar provisões legais de Férias e 13.º salário de forma precisa e tempestiva.Controlar e atualizar a programação de férias dos colaboradores.Efetuar alterações cadastrais e funcionais (cargo, salário, gestor, centro de custo, setor) conforme solicitações aprovadas.Manter relacionamento com sindicatos e garantir o cumprimento das convenções coletivas, incluindo cálculos de contribuições sindicais.Elaborar e emitir contratos e distratos de prestadores de serviços.Acompanhar e orientar os administrativos de obras nas rotinas de admissão, demissão, férias e gestão de prontuários.Produzir relatórios e reunir evidências para subsidiar a defesa de ações trabalhistas, encaminhando-as ao setor jurídico.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais com dados de folha de pagamento e controlo de ponto eletrônico
