Conheça nossos programas: (https://www.motriz.org/nossa-atuacao).Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResumo da posiçãoBuscamos uma pessoa Analista de Departamento Pessoal para atuar na sustentação e evolução das rotinas de DP, garantindo uma operação eficiente, organizada e segura, com alto rigor técnico e atenção a detalhes.Essa posição tem um papel importante na construção de processos mais simples, consistentes e confiáveis, assegurando conformidade legal, qualidade das informações e uma boa experiência ao longo da jornada das pessoas colaboradoras. Esperamos alguém que vá além da execução, contribuindo ativamente para melhorias, trazendo olhar crítico e ajudando a fortalecer uma área cada vez mais estruturada e conectada ao nosso jeito de fazerPrincipais responsabilidades:Atuar como referência técnica em Departamento Pessoal, garantindo conformidade legal e aderência às políticas internas;Conduzir as principais rotinas de DP (admissão, férias, afastamentos, folha, benefícios, movimentações e desligamentos), assegurando organização, fluidez e cumprimento de prazos;Processar a folha de pagamento e conferir cálculos, garantindo precisão, consistência das informações e segurança nos processos;Assegurar a governança das obrigações trabalhistas (eSocial, FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb), em interface com contabilidade e financeiro;Gerir a base de dados e documentação de colaboradores, garantindo qualidade das informações e suporte a auditorias;Conduzir a comunicação com colaboradores e lideranças, garantindo clareza, agilidade e qualidade no atendimento;Atuar com olhar para a jornada da pessoa colaboradora, buscando simplificar processos e melhorar a experiência nos temas de DP;Estruturar e aprimorar processos internos, promovendo padronização, eficiência e redução de riscos;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e inovação nas rotinas, sistemas e fluxos da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPré-requisitos:Experiência em Departamento Pessoal, com atuação nas principais rotinas da área;Conhecimento em legislação trabalhista e obrigações acessórias (eSocial, FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb ou similares);Experiência com sistemas de folha de pagamento e gestão de pessoas (HRIS);Capacidade de conduzir rotinas com organização, precisão e atenção a detalhes;Olhar para processos e melhoria contínua;Boa comunicação e capacidade de atendimento a colaboradores e lideranças;Proatividade, autonomia e senso de responsabilidade pelas entregas.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:  Plano de saúde e odontológico SulAmérica.Vale-refeição e vale-alimentação pelo iFood Benefícios.Optum: acolhimento e orientação multidisciplinar.Wellhub: acesso a academias e serviços de saúde e bem-estar.Licença parental estendida para mães, pais e famílias por adoção.Auxílio-creche para crianças de até 5 anos.Bônus anual vinculado ao atingimento das metas da organização.Auxílio home office.Day off no mês do aniversário.Emendas de feriados e recesso de fim de ano.Credencial Sesc.Premiação anual por tempo de casa, em reconhecimento à trajetória de quem constrói a Motriz.
