Se esse propósito faz seus olhos brilharem, Venha ser #SUPERHERO também.🤩 Buscamos um Analista de Departamento Pessoal Sênior para ser o ponto focal técnico da área, alguém que domine o operacional de folha, mas que enxergue além dele. A missão central é diagnosticar os processos atuais, automatizar o que for possível e criar indicadores que gerem visibilidade real sobre a operação de DP.Estamos em um momento de transformação: unificamos dados, automatizamos processos e criamos um sistema de RH próprio com apoio direto do time de tecnologia. No Departamento Pessoal, isso significa sair do operacional tradicional e construir uma área mais analítica, estratégica e orientada a dados.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar todo o processo de fechamento mensal da folha de pagamento e garantir as obrigações legais anuais (13º salário, bônus e demais encargos);Realizar diagnóstico dos processos de DP, identificando gaps e oportunidades de automação e parametrização nos sistemas;Construir e manter indicadores de Departamento Pessoal, realizando correlações de dados e gerando insights para a liderança;Atuar como ponto focal técnico da área, sendo o validador das rotinas de folha e dos processos operacionais;Colaborar na criação do sistema de RH unificado, contribuindo com o olhar de DP para estrutura de envio e resgate de informações;Apoiar a evolução de processos das demais frentes da área (admissão, rescisão, férias) com foco em redução de etapas manuais;Participar de projetos multidisciplinares dentro do RH, com exposição à alta liderança nas reuniões mensais da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesVivência generalista em Departamento Pessoal, com experiência sólida em folha de pagamento, benefícios, admissão e rescisão;Experiência comprovada na construção de indicadores de DP — não apenas reporte, mas criação de métricas e correlações de dados;Perfil analítico: capacidade de olhar para números, conectar dados de fontes diferentes e transformar isso em visão estratégica;Experiência em empresas de tecnologia ou fintechs, com histórico de atuação além do DP tradicional.Será considerado diferencial:Uso de Inteligência Artificial aplicado ao contexto de DP (automação, análise de dados, geração de insights);Projetos ou cases de reestruturação ou automação de processos de Departamento Pessoal;Familiaridade com sistemas de RH e parametrização de plataformas de folha.Informações adicionaisPor aqui você terá:• Salário competitivo ao mercado;•  Bônus;• SuperSim Flex: nossos benefícios são distribuídos em um programa de pontos e você pode escolher quais fazem mais sentido para você.
