💙 Sobre a oportunidade Você fará parte da área de Departamento Pessoal do escritório, atuando diretamente nas rotinas trabalhistas dos clientes e no acompanhamento das demandas do setor.A posição terá participação direta em atividades como admissão, demissão, férias, benefícios, apuração e conferência de ponto, horas extras, adicional noturno, fechamento de folha de pagamento, encargos e atendimento aos clientes.Buscamos um(a) profissional com experiência comprovada na função, que tenha autonomia para conduzir as rotinas de Departamento Pessoal e segurança para realizar atendimento direto aos clientes, esclarecendo dúvidas e acompanhando suas solicitações.Experiência em escritório de contabilidade será considerada um diferencial, especialmente pela necessidade de lidar com diferentes clientes, demandas e prazos.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar as rotinas de Departamento Pessoal dos clientes do escritório;Realizar atendimento direto aos clientes, esclarecendo dúvidas e recebendo demandas;Controlar e acompanhar processos de admissão e demissão;Realizar cálculos e conferências relacionados a férias;Controlar e acompanhar benefícios dos colaboradores;Realizar apuração e conferência de ponto;Analisar jornadas de trabalho, horas extras e adicional noturno;Realizar fechamento de folha de pagamento;Realizar conferência e acompanhamento dos encargos trabalhistas;Atuar com rotinas relacionadas ao eSocial;Acompanhar prazos e obrigações do Departamento Pessoal;Organizar o fluxo de solicitações e demandas dos clientes;Acompanhar pendências e garantir o cumprimento dos prazos do setor;Conferir informações e documentos necessários às rotinas trabalhistas;Prestar suporte técnico aos clientes nas demandas relacionadas ao Departamento Pessoal;Apoiar os demais profissionais do departamento e contribuir para o desenvolvimento das atividades da área.

Requisitos e qualificações

Requisitos Ensino Médio completo;Experiência comprovada na função de Departamento Pessoal;Domínio das rotinas de Departamento Pessoal;Conhecimento da legislação trabalhista;Experiência com folha de pagamento e encargos;Conhecimento em admissão, demissão, férias e benefícios;Conhecimento em apuração e conferência de ponto;Conhecimento em horas extras, adicional noturno e análise de jornadas;Conhecimento em eSocial;Organização para acompanhamento de demandas e prazos;Boa comunicação e facilidade para atendimento ao cliente;Perfil dinâmico, organizado e proativo;Fácil acesso a Rio Bonito/RJ.⭐ Será um diferencial se você tiver experiência com: Escritórios de contabilidade;Atendimento direto a clientes de escritório contábil;Gestão de múltiplos clientes e demandas simultaneamente;Sistemas de folha de pagamento e Departamento Pessoal;Rotinas trabalhistas de diferentes empresas e segmentos.
