A posição terá atuação inicial com foco nos processos de Benefícios e Férias, sendo responsável pelo acompanhamento das rotinas, movimentações e prazos, além de apoiar outras frentes e necessidades da área.

Procuramos uma pessoa com experiência em DP, senso de responsabilidade, autonomia e iniciativa para conduzir suas atividades, identificar necessidades e contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a gestão e as movimentações dos benefícios corporativos, incluindo VA, VR, VT, assistência médica, odontológica e seguro de vida;Conduzir processos de inclusão, alteração e exclusão de benefícios decorrentes de admissões, desligamentos, férias e demais movimentações;Realizar o controle e processamento de férias, acompanhando cronogramas e garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos;Conferir pedidos, movimentações e faturamentos de benefícios, realizando interface com fornecedores quando necessário;Acompanhar os cronogramas e prazos das rotinas sob sua responsabilidade, atuando de forma preventiva na identificação de pendências;Apoiar as rotinas de folha de pagamento, rescisões, homologações e demais processos de Departamento Pessoal;Realizar conferências e análises, identificando divergências e conduzindo as tratativas necessárias;Apoiar na organização de controles, indicadores e informações da área;Atuar como apoio e backup nas demais rotinas de Departamento Pessoal, conforme necessidade;Contribuir para a padronização, melhoria e eficiência dos processos da área. Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas;Experiência anterior em rotinas de Departamento Pessoal;Experiência com processos de Benefícios e Férias;Conhecimento em Folha de Pagamento, Rescisões e demais rotinas de DP;Conhecimento da legislação trabalhista aplicada às rotinas de Departamento Pessoal;Conhecimento intermediário em Excel;Boa organização e capacidade de atuar com diferentes demandas e prazos simultaneamente;Perfil proativo, analítico e com senso de responsabilidade;Autonomia para condução das atividades e resolução de demandas do dia a dia;Boa comunicação e facilidade de relacionamento com diferentes públicos.Será considerado diferencial:Experiência com sistema TOTVS/Protheus;Vivência em empresas com alto volume de colaboradores e movimentações de pessoal.
