Vaga destinada a profissionais com experiência em Departamento Pessoal, para atuação em rotinas como folha de pagamento, controle de jornada, benefícios e indicadores. Buscamos alguém organizado, atento aos detalhes e com conhecimento técnico para garantir o cumprimento dos prazos, procedimentos internos e legislação trabalhista.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar as rotinas de pré-fechamento e fechamento da folha de pagamento, incluindo configuração e lançamento de horas extras, conferência de ponto, faltas, atrasos, DSR, vale-transporte e demais eventos, identificando divergências e realizando os ajustes necessários.Realizar o controle e ajustes do ponto eletrônico, importando arquivos das unidades, atualizando as marcações no aplicativo Colabore, analisando solicitações dos gestores e corrigindo batidas, jornadas, escalas, intervalos, faltas e horas extras, acompanhando as pendências até sua regularização.Realizar o controle e organização dos documentos de ponto, acompanhando o envio dos espelhos assinados pelos gestores, organizando registros manuais e digitais e mantendo os arquivos atualizados para consultas e auditorias.Atualizar indicadores e KPIs do Departamento Pessoal, extraindo relatórios dos sistemas, consolidando informações, alimentando planilhas e painéis de controle, identificando inconsistências e apoiando a elaboração de informações gerenciais.Atuar na administração de benefícios, vale-transporte, realizando conferências, inclusões, exclusões e alterações, acompanhando admissões, desligamentos, férias e afastamentos, além de realizar pedidos, relatórios, rateios e interface com fornecedores e Financeiro.Prestar suporte a gestores e colaboradores em demandas relacionadas à folha de pagamento, controle de jornada e benefícios, orientando quanto aos procedimentos internos, prazos e utilização dos sistemas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatóriosEnsino superior completo;Experiência em Departamento Pessoal;Conhecimento em controle de ponto eletrônico;Noções de folha de pagamento;Conhecimento em horas extras, faltas, atrasos e DSR;Excel intermediário;Organização e comprometimento com prazos.Informações adicionais Salário: compatível com o mercado;Vale-alimentação: R$ 730,00 mensais;Vale-transporte: destinado ao uso de transporte público, com desconto somente para quem optar pelo benefício;Plano de saúde;Convênio SESC: acesso a benefícios e serviços de saúde, bem-estar, lazer e cultura;Day Off de aniversário: folga no dia do aniversário;Jornada de trabalho: segunda a quinta-feira, das 08h às 18h, e sexta-feira, das 08h às 17h.
