Buscamos um profissional que queira contribuir diretamente para esse desafio. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e otimizar embalagens primárias rígidas (frascos PEAD/PET/PP, tampas, galões) e flexíveis (pouch, sachê), além de embalagens secundárias e sistemas de paletização;Conduzir testes em bancada e acompanhar ensaios industriais em linha produtiva, garantindo aderência às especificações técnicas e desempenho do produto acabado;Gerenciar projetos de embalagem com escopo, prazo e custos, atuando em equipes multifuncionais como Qualidade, Produção, Compras, Marketing, Logística e outras;Atuar junto a fornecedores no desenvolvimento técnico de soluções, desde o briefing até a homologação;Elaborar e atualizar especificações técnicas de materiais de embalagem (estruturas de consumo, documentos, padrões, especificações e fichas técnicas);Identificar e implementar oportunidades de redução de custo (lightweighting, substituição de materiais, redesign estrutural) sem comprometer performance e conformidade;Avaliar e propor soluções com foco em sustentabilidade: reciclabilidade, redução de plástico, uso de materiais reciclados (PCR/PIR) e economia circular;Realizar análises de viabilidade técnica e custo-benefício para novos projetos e renovações de portfólio;Garantir a conformidade das embalagens com normas regulatórias aplicáveis (ANVISA, INMETRO, MAPA e semelhantes);Acompanhar tendências de mercado, inovações em embalagens e cenário competitivo, subsidiando decisões estratégicas de P&D;Elaborar relatórios técnicos de desenvolvimento, testes e validações, mantendo registros organizados dos projetos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência comprovada com desenvolvimento de embalagens (rígidas e/ou flexíveis) em ambiente industrial;Conhecimento em processos de transformação de plásticos: sopro por extrusão, injeção, termoformagem e/ou extrusão de filmes;Vivência com testes industriais e acompanhamento de linha produtiva;Experiência com interface técnica com fornecedores e condução de homologações;Capacidade de elaborar e interpretar especificações técnicas e relatórios de desenvolvimento;Pacote Office intermediário/avançado (Excel para análise de dados e custos);Será um diferencial:Experiência no setor de bens de consumo (home care, personal care, higiene ou alimentos);Projetos de redução de gramatura (lightweighting) ou migração para materiais sustentáveis (reciclados, monomaterial, biobased);Conhecimento em sistemas ERP (TOTVS ou similares) para cadastro e gestão de materiais;Noções de metodologias de gestão de projetos (Stage-Gate, PDCA, cronograma);Vivência com metodologias ágeis;Informações adicionais• Assistência Médica;• Assitência Odontológica;• Refeitório;• Kit de Produtos das marcas GRF;• WellHub;• PPR e dentre outros benefícios do grupo.
