Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar, organizar e conduzir reuniões periódicas de follow-up dos projetos, acompanhando cronogramas, pendências, responsáveis, riscos e próximos passos, atuando junto às áreas para garantir o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos;Solicitar e acompanhar testes de ferramentais, materiais, acabamentos e cores junto às áreas de programação, engenharia, qualidade e produção, garantindo o atendimento aos requisitos definidos para o produto;Coordenar o fluxo e envio de amostras, protótipos e peças de novos produtos para as áreas envolvidas, fornecedores, feiras, eventos e demais necessidades relacionadas ao desenvolvimento;Manter atualizados os controles, cronogramas, indicadores e documentação dos projetos de desenvolvimento de produto, assegurando a rastreabilidade das informações e o cumprimento das etapas previstas;Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de Desenvolvimento de Produto, Engenharia, Qualidade, Suprimentos, Produção, Marketing, Comercial e demais áreas envolvidas, facilitando a comunicação e o andamento dos projetos;Levantar, consolidar e analisar informações junto às áreas envolvidas, visando quantificar investimentos, custos de novos produtos, processos e ferramentais, subsidiando a elaboração de orçamentos e análises de viabilidade;Realizar e acompanhar o cadastro de novos produtos nos sistemas corporativos, garantindo a consistência e atualização das informações técnicas e comerciais recebidas das áreas envolvidas;Monitorar as necessidades de compras de materiais, componentes, amostras e demais recursos relacionados aos projetos de lançamentos;Cumprir e contribuir para a manutenção dos procedimentos do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, bem como das normas disciplinares, de segurança e demais políticas internas da empresa.
