Responsabilidades e atribuições

Acompanhar a execução dos lotes piloto industriais, observando detalhes e variações entre o planejado e o resultado obtido durante a fabricação, definindo novo fluxo de processo quando necessário. Realizar troubleshooting técnico em produtos do portfólio, participando ativamente da investigação de desvios e propondo soluções em conjunto com Qualidade, Produção e Regulatório. Elaborar e revisar os POPs (Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão) da área, visando a melhoria contínua dos procedimentos. Preparar protocolos com os parâmetros a serem seguidos nos lotes e acompanhar os primeiros lotes de produção, garantindo que as condições da fase de desenvolvimento sejam mantidas na produção,  acompanhando toda a validação do processo produtivo. Participar de projetos de transferência de tecnologia, assegurando qualidade e adequação à legislação local dos produtos desenvolvidos. Conduzir testes em fábrica de otimização de processos produtivos e inclusão de novos fornecedores de matérias primas. Manter-se atualizado sobre novos materiais, tecnologias e resoluções aplicáveis ao mercado farmacêutico e de suplementos alimentares.

Requisitos e qualificações

Formação superior completa em Farmácia; Conhecimento dos equipamentos em escala de bancada e scale up (Produção); Conhecimento em formas farmacêuticas sólidas e líquidas; Conhecimento em software de controle (SAP); Sólida experiência em Farmacotécnico (troubleshooting); Experiência em validação de processos; Experiência com suplementos alimentares, será considerado diferencial; Conhecimento das legislações vigentes de suplementos alimentares será um diferencial  Possuir CNH
