Objetivo do Cargo: Assegurar a entrega contínua de software de alta qualidade e confiabilidade, atuando na identificação e resolução de incidentes, além de implementar melhorias que promovam a estabilidade e segurança das aplicações, adotando novas tecnologias que agreguem valor ao desenvolvimento.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e manter aplicações novas e sustentar sistemas existentes;Atuar de ponta a ponta construindo interfaces responsivas no Front-end e código robusto no Back-end;Colaborar com o time de tecnologia para entregar as melhores soluções;Garantir a qualidade do código através de boas práticas e testes;Investigar e resolver bugs de forma autônoma.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação completa em Análise de Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Ciência da Computação ou áreas afins;Lógica de programação e facilidade para resolução de problemas;Frontend: Domínio em HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript e experiência consolidada em pelo menos um framework moderno, preferencialmente Vue.js;Backend: Experiência prática com Java, ecossistema Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc) e JPA/Hibernate;Banco de Dados: Conhecimento em bancos relacionais, preferencialmente Oracle;Ferramentas: Domínio de versionamento de código com Git;Familiaridade com o desenvolvimento e consumo de APIs RESTful.Boas práticas de desenvolvimento, principalmente com os princípios SOLID.Informações adicionaisDesejáveis:Conhecimento sólido em linguagem PL/SQL com foco em otimização de performance;Experiência de trabalho com ecossistemas variados (ASP Clássico e Python);Uso de IAs generativas para ganho de produtividade no código;Vivência com escrita de testes unitários (JUnit);Noções de Docker e arquitetura de Microsserviços.
