Para isso é necessário experiência anterior generalista em RH, preferencialmente nos subsistemas de Atração e retenção de talentos, e Treinamento e Desenvolvimento. Como Analista DHO - HRBP, você vai:Entender as necessidades dos clientes internos e conduzir os subsistemas de RH junto a eles;Atuar com visão generalista sobre todos os subsistemas de RH;Disseminar a cultura da empresa, por meio de um papel consultivo, junto a liderança, por meio da proximidade e apropriação da visão do negócio;Realizar controle de headcount e processos seletivos;Atuar desde o planejamento à execução no desenvolvimento dos colaboradores da estrutura atendida, garantindo a conexão com os objetivos estratégicos e competências essenciais da Porte;Monitorar a qualidade e eficácia dos programas de treinamento e desenvolvimento, agindo com base em indicadores e necessidades trazidas pelas áreas;Atuar em parceria com os BPs pares e demais membros da equipe, a fim de garantir rituais, celebrações, integração, engajamento e melhoria contínua. Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisitos básicos, você deve ter:Graduação completa em Psicologia, Administração ou Recursos Humanos;Experiência anterior como Bussines Partner;Pacote Office (nível intermediário);Boa comunicação oral e escrita. Já ter atuado na área de construção civil será um diferencial.Informações adicionaisNosso pacote de benefícios possui: ·        Salários competitivos;·        Plano médico e odontológico;·        Vale refeição;·        Gympass;·        Vale transporte;·        Incentivo educacional·        Parcerias com instituições de ensino;·        Parcerias diversas na região, desde alimentação à beleza e estética.  E não é apenas isso.
